Five new residents of priority development areas (PDA) will invest more than 21 billion rubles in the republic, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development of the region informs.
The register of priority development areas residents has been replenished with five new ones. Of these, three residents are accounted for “Belebey” PDA, per one for “Kumertau” and “Neftekamsk” PDAs.
Three projects with a total investment of about 20.7 billion rubles and the creation of 1,468 new jobs will be implemented at the Belebey PDA.
Tavros LLC, EkoNiva Milk Bashkiria, and LEADER are among the residents.
Thus, the Tavros Group of Companies has planned in Belebey the construction of a modern meat processing enterprise for the deep processing of meat and sausage production. The total investment is about 7.8 billion rubles. The social effect is expressed in the creation of 1,166 new jobs. The investment project is planned to be implemented in 2019 - 2025.
EkoNiva Milk Bashkiria LLC plans to build a dairy plant in Belebey. The total capital investment will amount to 12.8 billion rubles. 235 new jobs will emerge in case of a successful implementation of the project. The planning period - until 2035.
EkoNiva Milk of Bashkiria is a part of the large livestock complex EkoNiva - APK Holding. Since 2017, the company has already successfully implemented projects for the construction of livestock complexes in three districts of Bashkiria.
The LEADER company intends to build a modern dairy plant for milk processing with a capacity of 20 tons per day at the Belebey PDA.
The investment project will require 130 million rubles. 67 new jobs will appear in Belebey due to this production. The project implementation period is 2020-2025.
The “Ratsion” company organizes the production of baby food and semi-finished products at the Kumertau PDA.
The implementation of this project will attract about 6.5 million rubles to the republic and create 30 new jobs. The planning period is 2019 - 2025.
The Neftekamsk Machine-Building Plant of Special Equipment LLC has planned to launch a production of drilling and well construction equipment at the Neftekamsk PDA.
The total cost of the investment project will be about 235 million rubles, 749 new jobs will be created.
The project implementation period is until 2024.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, Bashkiria is now one of the three leaders in the total number of jobs created at PDAs.
To date, 35 investors from the republic are included in the PDA resident register, with projects totaling over 32 billion rubles and more than 5 thousand jobs to be created.
