Bashkiria company will open seed production and supply enterprise in Kyrgyzstan

A business delegation from Bashkiria is working in Kyrgyz Bishkek.

Six enterprises from the republic take part in the trip. The delegation included BashPromTorg LLC, Absolute DEK LLC, Irida LLC, Ekoline LLC, South Ural Weight Plant LLC, and BashAktivKontrakt LLC, the press service of the State Committee for Foreign Economic Relations of Bashkiria reports.

Participants discussed the prospects for developing business ties between Bashkortostan and the Kyrgyz Republic.

LLC BashAktivKontrakt-plus and the administration of the Issyk-Ata district of the Chui region agreed to establish a joint venture for the production and supply of seeds, agricultural machinery.

Representatives of a brewery located in the Issyk-Ata district expressed their interest in purchasing raw materials for production.

Besides, Bashkir businessmen visited a number of companies, met with the management of AY Holding, during which they presented their capabilities and manufactured products. In particular, Irida LLC made a presentation of the “Smart Home” product range in real conditions.

The turnover between Bashkortostan and Kyrgyzstan in January-September 2019 amounted to 35 million US dollars, including export - 34.6 million US dollars. Exports are mainly represented by fuel and energy products (47.0%), chemical products (20.3%), wood and pulp and paper products (17.5%), metals and metal products (7.7%) ) Products worth $ 0.4 million were imported from Kyrgyzstan to Bashkortostan. Import is represented by supplies of metals and products from them (40%), food products (38.9%) and engineering products (21.1%).

28 companies operate with the participation of capital from Kyrgyzstan in Bashkortostan.
