Sauces and mayonnaise in modern packaging will be produced in Buzdyak in Bashkiria

The Head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, during his trip to the Buzdyaksky district, inspected the production shops of the Pishcheprom JSC enterprise. The management of the plant told the head of the region that the company intends to focus on the production of doy-pack vacuum sauces, cans of 300-500 grams and on increasing the production of mayonnaise. Production equipment is already operating here to increase capacity and modernize obsolete lines.

Last year, Pishcheprom JSC, which produces goods under the Buzdyaksky brand at the Buzdyaksky cannery, announced plans to invest 366 million rubles in production by 2022. After modernization, the company planned to increase the production of tomato sauce, tomato paste, and mayonnaise by 2.5 times - from 25 million to 66 million cans per year.

“Our products are in demand among buyers, now they make high requirements to their healthy nutrition and product quality,” said Ramil Kamaletdinov, General Director of Pishcheprom JSC.

Buzdyaksky cannery was founded in 1978. In 2002, it was acquired by Pishcheprom JSC. The product line includes tomato sauces, pastes, soups, ketchup, mayonnaise, vegetable snacks, juices, nectars, and jams in glass jars and soft packs - only 90 items. The market covers the regions of Russia and Kazakhstan.

Radiy Khabirov noted that, if necessary, the republic would be always ready to support the plant. “When I was a student, I always bought only Buzdyaksky sauces,” the Head of Bashkortostan shared his impressions.
