Bashkortostan delegation concluded three agreements in agribusiness in Austria

In Austria, during the presentation of the investment and economic potential of Bashkiria, three cooperation agreements were signed, the Ministry of Economic Development of the region reports.
Thus, the State Trade Committee of Bashkiria and the Agrarmarkt Austria Marketing company have concluded a memorandum of cooperation in the field of agricultural marketing. In particular, it relates to the share of knowledge in the field of agrarian marketing through the exchange of information, experience, and experts. The expert exchange will be carried out alternately, once or twice a year.
The second agreement concerns the implementation of an investment project to create a goat-breeding complex in Bashkiria for 10 thousand heads of dairy goats. The document was signed by representatives of SBT Agro, DeLaval, the goat breeding association of Upper Austria, and the Bashkiria Meat Union.
Besides, the Bashkir enterprise Bashplemservice and the Central Workers' Association of Austrian cattle farmers signed a memorandum of understanding.
“The document outlines the conditions for cooperation between the parties in the field of agriculture. Consultations in the agricultural sector, exchange of experience and staff training, import of Austrian pedigree cattle, expert support of enterprises, exchange of research and innovation in the field of livestock breeding are also provided, ”the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investment Policy of Bashkiria added.
As the Bashinform News Agency reported, the day before in Austria, the delegation of Bashkiria, headed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Andrei Nazarov, met with business circles and representatives of ASFINAG, a company developing innovative technologies for paving compositions with different loads. The company was offered to consider a pilot site in Bashkiria.
Austrian Transport Minister Andreas Reichart expressed his readiness to organize thematic seminars for experts from Bashkiria and invited them to Austria to study the traffic management and traffic control systems.
