Bashkiria delegation is looking for road construction technology in Austria

In Austria, the delegation of Bashkortostan, led by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic Andrei Nazarov, met with business circles and representatives of ASFINAG, a company developing innovative technologies for paving compositions with different loads. The company was offered to consider a pilot site in Bashkiria, the press service of the regional cabinet informs.

Austrian Transport Minister Andreas Reichart expressed a desire to organize thematic seminars for experts from Bashkortostan and invited republican experts to Austria to study their traffic management system and traffic control.

The authorities of Bashkiria pay special attention to relations with a European country. In June of this year, a representative office of the republic was opened in Vienna. It is assumed that the diplomatic venue will play an essential role in establishing relations with other European countries and stimulate the development of the foreign economic activity of the region. Also, direct flights from Ufa to Vienna opened in the summer.

The Transport Forum is taking place in Moscow on the same days, and a delegation of Bashkiria led by the Head of the republic, Radiy Khabirov, is participating in it.
