Kumertau oil extraction plant will receive 600 million loan funds for national project

The Kumertau "Elevator" (Sigma Group of Companies) concluded an agreement on increasing competitiveness with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. The company will receive a preferential short-term loan in the amount of 600 million rubles from a partner bank (Sberbank) for the purchase of raw materials. This is the first republican participant of the program in the framework of the “International Cooperation and Export” national project. The agreement provides for an increase in agricultural production with the help of soft loans. Potential and current exporters will be able to get them. Bashkortostan for the implementation of the new mechanism of soft loans in 2019 can participate in the distribution of more than 17 billion rubles from the federal budget. More than 280 billion rubles are provided for these purposes for the entire project period - until 2024.

The Ministry of Agriculture RB continues to accept applications from agricultural producers exporting products for the conclusion of agreements.

The press service of the agrarian department said that the Bashkir agrarians would plan to export agricultural products by $ 91 million (an increase of 20% compared to 2018) in 2019. So far, the bulk of the export structure of regional agribusiness accounts for fat-and-oil products (42.4%) and cereals (24.5%). By 2024, the volume of agricultural exports in the republic should reach 230 million US dollars. The indicator is registered in the passport of the regional project “Agricultural Products Export” regional project.

In 2017, “Elevator” LLC became the first resident of Kumertau priority development area to invest 6 billion rubles in the construction of an oil extraction plant.
