Bashkiria enterprises will take part in “Export Boost” training for free

UFA, 6 November 2019. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.
Bashkir enterprises will take part in the acceleration program “Export Boost”. The program, which main goal is to accelerate export by SME enterprises, will start in the republic on December 2, the State Committee RB for Foreign Economic Relations informs.
The “Export Boost” is implemented as part of the national projects “SMEs and Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative Support” and “International Cooperation And Export”, developed on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Due to this program, entrepreneurs will gain skills to form a systematic approach to the export project - from choosing a foreign market to calculating the optimal logistics route, minimizing risks and reducing costs.
“The training program includes six intensive two-day educational modules, as well as a range of information and consulting support services at all stages of the acceleration program. After 12 months, participants should enter into new foreign trade contracts, ” specified Lena Izotova, the Deputy Chairman of the State Committee RB for Foreign Economic Relations.
As Bashinform News Agency reported earlier, an agreement on the joint implementation of the accelerated program “Export Boost” between the Government of Bashkiria and JSC “Russian Export Center” was signed on July 17 in Ufa, at the Second International Export Forum “Time to Export”.
According to experts, Bashkiria was actively involved in the implementation of the national project for the development of international cooperation and exports.
Today, about 800 export-oriented companies operate in the republic, of which 650 are small and medium-sized enterprises. Only 20 large producers account for 90 percent of exports.
“Our task is to support small enterprises, assist in increasing their share,” the Head of the republic Radiy Khabirov said then at the forum “Time to Export”.
