Radiy Khabirov inspected production facilities of UfaMebel company in Ufa district

The working trip of the Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov to the Ufa district began in the village of Mikhailovka. The main production shops of the UfaMebel company are located here. The head of the republic already visited this enterprise in March this year in the Karaidelsky district, where the company also has production sites for the solid wood furniture manufacturing.

Radiy Khabirov examined the workshops of the enterprise, which produces cabinet furniture for homes and offices, tables and chairs for schools, and inquired about the prices of products.

The owner of the company, Viktor Kochubey, told the head of the region that currently the company, founded in 1998, employs more than 550 people. One of the pressing issues is the workload of the enterprise. According to the owner, they are ready to provide high-quality furniture to schools in the republic, the company has all the conditions for this.

The General Director of UfaMebel LLC Alexander Filippov told reporters that their company recently had won a tender for the supply of furniture for a new school in the village of Chesnokovka, Ufa District. It is combined with a kindergarten and is designed for 640 children. The kindergarten will be attended by 160 children. The school should be put into operation in December this year.

Viktor Kochubey told reporters that one of the major projects their company was the supply of furniture for Siberian Federal University in Novosibirsk. The amount of the contract then amounted to 120 million rubles. However, today it is quite challenging to work in this market.
