Neftekamsky Industrial Park will appear in Bashkiria

The "Neftekamsky" Industrial Park will be established in the republic. The Head of Bashkiria Radiy Khabirov signed the corresponding order.

The new industrial park will be created in the territory of advanced social and economic development in Neftekamsk. The Development Corporation of Bashkiria will be the managing company of the site.

In the very near future, design and survey works will begin to create the engineering infrastructure of the industrial park and industrial premises with an area of 20 thousand square meters.

“We are entering the design stage this year, and in 2021 the first building with an area of 10 thousand square meters will be put into operation,” said Igor Smolyagin, Director for Investor Relations of the Bashkiria Development Corporation.

According to him, the Neftekamsky Industrial Park will be equipped with all the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure.

Potential residents will have access to the full range of benefits that are outlined in the Priority Development Area (PDA) model. It applies to property taxes, income taxes, and non-tax deductions.

Documents on the Neftekamsky Industrial Park have already been submitted to the government of Bashkiria for inclusion in the list of priority investment projects of the republic.

At the end of 2016, the Kumertau and Belebey PDAs were created in Bashkiria, and the Neftekamsk, Blagoveshchensk and Beloretsk PDAs at the beginning of 2019.
