Rate of maternity capital will be increased in Russia in 2020

The rate of maternity capital will be increased on 13 thousand rubles in 2020, making 466 thousand rubles. At present time this rate is equal to 453 thousand rubles, Prime-Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev reported today. 316 million rubles are allocated into budget for that. In accordance with draft law about Russian budget in the nearest three years a substantial share of Russian capital will be directed to development of health care and clinical examination. Expenses of Russian Obligatory Medical Insurance Fund will be equal to about 2,4 billion rubles next year. News Agency Bashinform has already reported that in Bashkiria more than 12 thousand families direct their maternity capital means for education. Russian Ministry for labor offers to make this measure of social support for the families, where the second child is born, termless.
