Bashkortostan joined Top-5 among Russian regions on new cars’ sales in August. “AVTOSTAT INFO” reports Moscow remains the leader in this rating and 18067 new cars have been sold out here last month – by 0,2% less than one year before. Moscow region holds the second place with 13105 sold new cars – by 9,8% more than in August 2018 – 11937. Saint-Petersburg auto market preserves the third place. 8187 new cars have been sold in the city in August 2019 – by 1,8% less than one year earlier – 8341 cars. Tatarstan stands on the fourth place: here volume of sales grew up by 2,5%: 6055 cars sold against 5937 last year.
