Bashkir enterprise increases labor efficiency two times thanks to national project

Bashkir enterprise “ISKOJ” (Leatherette) managed to increase labor efficiency two times thanks to participation in a national project, developed in accordance with the instruction of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin. Due to implementation of new production mechanisms the manufacture shortened the time of processes’ passing by 63,1% , the volumes of non-finished production – by 42,2% and increased labor efficiency two times. “The idea to raise labor efficiency not with the help of investments but thanks to optimization of internal business-processes and logistics was accepted by us with enthusiasm and we decided to approbate methods of economic production on a new for us production of life rafts and in parallel we were considering possibilities to apply new knowledge and experience to other productions” general director of JSC “ISKOJ” Liana Kirshina reported. According to her JSC “ISKOJ” is included in to the list of 13 Russian enterprises, getting a chance to take part in the program “Export Accelerator”, promoted by Russian Export Center, free and this step helped the enterprise to raise its export share two times already this year.
