More than 2 million tons of grain harvested in Bashkiria

During weekends Republican agrarians have stepped over the 2-miillonth gross harvest line. On September 9 64% of all fields with grain and leguminous plants were harvested, local farmers thrashed more than 2,1 million tons of grain. On average crop capacity makes 19,6 centners per one hectare, Ministry for agriculture RB reports. The biggest harvest s collected in 11 regions of Bashkiria and crop capacity in this forest-steppe zone makes almost 26 centners and the lowest one is observed in Bashkir Trans-Ural area, where because of summer draught crop capacity makes less than 9 centners per hectare.
