627 pedigree cows delivered to Bashkiria from abroad

Bashkir farmers delivered more than 627 cows from Europe at the beginning of September. According to veterinary norms all cows are quarantined now for acclimatization and making analyses for presence of viruses. Bashkiria’s office of Russian Service for veterinary and phytosanitary surveillance reports 157 cows delivered from Hungary, 238 – from Denmark for Meleuz stock farm and 232 cows – to “Red Bashkiria” stock farm. The company “A7 Agro-RB” imported 30 Holstein cows to a stock farm in Zianchurinsky region RB, intending to buy other 60 and thus to enlarge local pedigree stock up to 600 heads.
