New investment project: trout caviar to be produced in Bashkiria

On September 4, at the “Investment Hour” session, the Government of Bashkiria discussed the possibility of implementing four projects in the fields of agriculture and construction. “Severnaya Niva Bashkiria” LLC, the subsidiary of Econiva Holding, the largest milk producer in the country, is building livestock complexes: in Yermekeevsky District for 2800 cows and in Belebeyevsky District for 3550. These are 4 billion rubles projects that create 132 jobs. The investing company requests such measures of state support as property and profit tax exemptions, reimbursement of a part of the costs of equipment, breeding stock, interest on soft loans, construction of infrastructure, as well as assistance with the acquisition of land ownership.

The successful Ufa manufacturer of professional flooring "Stan" plans to open a new production in Nizhegorodka neighborhood. The company decided to apply for state support for the first time.

The “Mustai” company for the production and processing of limestone plans to modernize production and applied for state support in the form of preferential funds, subsidizing leasing, reimbursing part of the costs, supplying electricity to the field near the village of Voskresenskoye and electricity and gas – to the production workshop in Matraevo.

The Sterlitamak firm “Belsky Rybkhoz” announced its plans to build a network of cage culture fisheries: ponds in Baltachevsky, Mishkinsky, Askinsky, Karaidelsky, Meleuzovsky Districts - for growing fish and in Blagoveshchensk - incubation and deep-processing workshops. The company plans to grow 3 thousand tons of trout and produce up to 10 tons of trout caviar per year. The farm in the Askinsky area is already working, the last accomplishing works are being carried out. The company requests the inclusion of its project in the priority list, which will allow it to get land for rent without bidding; assistance from the Ministry of Natural Resources in obtaining a license for water use; reimbursement of a part of equipment costs, assistance in completing a package of documents for an application to residents of the Blagoveshchensk PDA.

Acting Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov instructed the relevant departments to work out problematic issues and scheduled to meet with these investors again in three months.
