Ufa apartment prices rose by 10% over past year

In August 2019, the average cost per square meter of housing in Ufa increased by 0.50%. According to the specialists of the CIAN portal, one square meter of housing in the capital of Bashkiria now costs 72.5 thousand rubles. In July, it was equal to 72.2 thousand rubles.

Also, experts came to the conclusion that over the past year, the growth of prices per square meter in Ufa amounted to 10%, since, an average of 66.2 thousand rubles was asked for a square meter of housing in August 2018.

Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that Ufa where the smallest one-room apartments were built among cities with a population of more than 1 million people. The average area of one-room apartments in the capital of Bashkiria is 36.3 square meters, and the average cost is 2,278,094 rubles.
