Guests of "Dairy Country-2019" festival drank 60 thousand glasses of milk in Ufa

Last Saturday, August 24, the "Dairy Country-2019" festival was visited by more than 58 thousand people in Ufa. The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkiria said that at the 9th festival, an absolute record was set for the number of welcome glasses of milk. Their guests drank 60 thousand, or 12 tons.

Visitors purchased 47 tons of whole milk products, 5 tons of butter, 3.6 tons of cheese, 2.3 tons of ice cream, 4.1 tons of koumiss, 18 thousand cans of condensed milk at the “Dairy Country-2019” festival fair. The total revenue of the dairy fair amounted to 7.5 million rubles.
