Radiy Khabirov and Vladimir Putin discussed perspectives of Kumertau Helicopter Plant

The perspectives of the Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise were discussed during a working meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov. The head of the republic at a weekly briefing session noted that Bashkiria itself should be very active in marketing issues and enterprise development.

During the meeting with the head of state, the issue of building the Ufa-Agidel railway line was also considered. According to Radiy Khabirov, Russian president gave the necessary instructions.

“This work is long term, but it is necessary to catch hold of it and move forward. It can be a big, long story. However, we have taken the first steps in this direction, ”said Acting Head of Bashkortostan, addressing the Interim Deputy Prime Minister Raif Abdrakhimov.

At a meeting with Vladimir Putin, the question of a scientific and educational center, campus, general approaches to the topic of a federal university were also discussed. President of Russia gave the relevant instructions on these issues.

“It will depend on us how to proceed further. Therefore, all the instructions should be worked through substantively, ”said Radiy Khabirov.
