“Milk Road” rally participants arrived in Bashkiria

Participants of the "Milk Road" rally arrived in Bashkortostan. A convoy consisting of 42 cars crossed the border of the republic on August 21.

Over a hundred participants take part in the rally - dairy industry experts from all over Russia and some foreign countries. Before arriving in Bashkiria, they visited the Kirov region and Udmurtia.

In the Krasnokamsk region, a solemn welcome ceremony was held for the convoy: Bashkir beauties in costumes performed national dances for guests, treated them with honey, baursak and koumiss, and also told about Bashkir traditions.

Currently, the convoy is located in the territory of the Chekmagushevsky district, where dairy market experts visit the facilities of the “Bazy” agricultural enterprise, the largest milk producer in the region. Then the motorcade, led by the director of the Center for the Study of the Dairy Market, Mikhail Mishchenko, will visit the EkoNiva farm under construction in the village of Semeno-Makarovo, then it will go to the Belebeyevsky Dairy Plant, Kumysnaya Polyana, and Sterlitamak Dairy Plant.

“Ufa will be the final point of the rally, which will welcome all the guests and residents of the republic at the traditional family festival “Dairy Country-2019”, the press service of the republican Ministry of Agriculture reports.
