Ufaorgsintez company paid shareholders 11.3 billion rubles

Shareholders of Ufaorgsintez PJSC received 9.777 billion rubles in ordinary shares and 1.511 billion in preference shares for 2018. Such data are given by SPARK-Interfax.

The total amount of dividends paid amounted to 11.288 billion rubles. Each share of both types accounted for 0.10 rubles.

67.53% stake in Ufaorgsintez PJSC is owned by United Petrochemical Company JSC (Moscow), which in turn is 100% owned by Bashneft PJSOC. Another 19.04% of Ufaorgsintez is also owned by Bashneft. The company specializes in the production of plastics and synthetic resins. As of December 31, 2018, the company's net profit amounted to 2 billion 505 million rubles.
