Radiy Khabirov discussed infrastructure problems in new housing estates in Blagoveshchensk

The working trip of the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov to Blagoveshchensk began with a visit to the Severny neighborhood, the development of which was started back in 1993 and continues to this day. Total, more than 2500 land plots are allocated here.

The head of the city administration, Rustam Badykshanov, said that today more than a thousand people lived here. Gradually, issues with water supply were being resolved. Since 2011, water supply networks with a length of more than 5 km have been laid for a total amount of 5.6 million rubles. Now these works, divided into three stages, are ongoing. 14.3 km have already been laid, the total amount of work to be completed in 2020 is estimated at 103 million rubles.

Gasification continues in the neighborhood. The necessary amount of costs for further gasification is 35 million rubles. The construction of roads continues, where financial support from the republican budget is required. The total length of the roadway of the neighborhood is 47 km. Radiy Khabirov noted that the republic would help the city with road equipment. At the expense of the city budget, external lighting is also provided; however, according to the head of the city settlement, municipal funds are not enough. 35 million rubles are required in order to install lamps in the entire neighborhood.

Radiy Khabirov said that water, gas, and roads should be done first of all in new neighborhoods. Radiy Khabirov gave instructions to the leadership of the city and the district to communicate more often with residents and provide clarifications on all current issues.
