New road will be built in Molodezhny neighborhood of Arkhangelskoye village

Individual housing construction is underway in the new residential neighborhood "Molodezhny " in the village of Arkhangelskoye. Total, 222 land plots have been allocated here, of which 130 were already issued building permits. More than a dozen houses have already been built here. According to the head of the district administration Ilshat Aminev, one of the main problems of the neighborhood is the lack of a road. The development of design estimates for road construction with a total length of 6.2 km has already been completed. The estimated cost of construction and installation works is 110.9 million rubles. Currently, design estimates are undergoing state examination. Own means of the municipal road fund in the amount of 16 million rubles are simply not enough, as the estimated cost of repairing 1 km of the road is 900 thousand rubles.

One of the ways out of this situation is to purchase their own equipment for road repair in the district, which will reduce the cost of this type of work by three times. At the same time, the district has 20 own quarries of commonly occurring mineral resources. The district administration believes that their own equipment will not only reduce the cost of road repairs at times, but will also help to do it quickly, efficiently, and also increase the number of road sections.

Radiy Khabirov said that the republic would support the district in this matter. The road will be built in the “Molodezhny” neighborhood, and the government would consider the issue of buying road equipment.
