Davlekanovsky Dairy Plant’s management company is declared bankrupt in Bashkortostan

The managing company of the Davlekanovsky Dairy Plant DMK-Service LLC was declared bankrupt. The corresponding definition is published on the website of the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria.

The total debt of the company is 351.75 million rubles. According to the report submitted by the bankruptcy trustee in the case file, there were no signs of fictitious and intentional bankruptcy.

At the same time, there were signs of asset withdrawals and concealment of property, as well as transactions with suspicious signs.

A meeting following the results of bankruptcy proceedings is scheduled for February 3, 2020.

In early December 2018, it became known about the suspension of the enterprise due to an accident in the refrigeration workshop.

In the same period, a decision was published on the website of the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria to accept an application from Russian Capital Bank to declare DMK-Service LLC insolvent (bankrupt).

A plant for milk processing and cheese production appeared in Davlekanovo in 1932. In 2003, the newest history of the company began when the Davlekanovo group of companies was created. At the enterprise, production activity was restored, milk acceptance was resumed, production of milk powder and butter began. In July 2013, the production of cheese began, and in January 2014 a new line for bottling dairy products was launched.

The bankruptcy of another dairy company - the Bashmilk company was filed by Interdistrict Tax Inspectorate No. 40 of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. The application is registered with the Arbitration Court of Bashkiria. The meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2019.
