"Export Boosting" program will be implemented in Bashkiria

At a meeting of the Project Office for Improving the Investment and Entrepreneurial Climate, the Chairman of the Bashkiria State Committee for Foreign Economic Relations, Ruslan Mirsayapov, presented the mechanisms of project work to support the export of small and medium enterprises. He noted that the relevant regulatory document would allow not only working with entrepreneurs but also interacting with a separate division of JSC Russian Export Center in Ufa. According to him, the REC export school and the Bashkiria Export Support Center are starting to implement the “Boosting” program (to accelerate the export of SME enterprises), which will consist of export information modules and support projects for enterprises entering export markets. In September, it is planned to select ten companies from each pilot region, which will undergo export acceleration by the end of the year with the support of federal and regional export support infrastructures.

“We suggest continuing cooperation with these companies in 2020, carrying out post-acceleration support by means of the republic. These two components will allow us to introduce in Bashkortostan all the necessary elements of project work to support export-oriented SMEs. The regulation will be adopted in September this year, the post-acceleration support program will begin on January 1, 2020”, Ruslan Mirsayapov concluded.
