Online survey of consumers and entrepreneurs is conducted in Bashkiria

The Ministry of Economic Development of Bashkiria conducts an online survey of consumers and entrepreneurs until September 30. The survey is carried out as part of the annual monitoring of the state and development of competition in the goods and services markets of the republic.

The press service of the department stresses that the survey is anonymous.

Its purpose is to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the availability, quality, price of goods, and services in local markets. In turn, entrepreneurs will have to assess the conditions for doing business in the republic, in their city or region.

Besides, the Ministry of Economic Development for the first time will analyze the scope of financial services provided in the republic, evaluate the level of financial literacy of consumers and entrepreneurs.

The survey analysis will allow developing measures to increase the efficiency of government bodies in creating conditions to promote the private sector of the economy and increase the level of consumer satisfaction with goods and services in emerging markets.
