Industrial park will appear in Neftekamsk

A new industrial park will be created in the priority development area in the city of Neftekamsk for a comfortable and quick launch of new industries. The managing company of the site will be JSC "Development Corporation of the Republic of Bashkortostan".

According to the press service of the KLRB, as part of the project, a land plot of 28 hectares was selected near PJSC NEFAZ, which is also an advantage for small and medium enterprises. The industrial park will be equipped with all the necessary engineering and transport infrastructure. Potential residents will have access to the full range of benefits embedded in the PDA model. This applies to property taxes, income taxes, and non-tax deductions. The subsidiary company “KAMAZ” PJSC – “KIP Master” JSC, will also participate in the development of the project and attract investors to the new Neftekamsk industrial park.

During a working trip to a single-industry town, employees of the Development Corporation held negotiations with potential residents. Now the task is to work out the applications of investors substantively. This investment project claims to be included in the Priority Investment Projects List of Bashkortostan.
