Radiy Khabirov announced scandalous violations revealed by Bashkiria Control and Accounts Chamber

The Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov on his pages on social networks posted the promised results of the debriefing at the board of the Control and Accounts Chamber RB.

As Radiy Khabirov emphasized, after checking the Baymak district by auditors, it became clear to him why “the former leaders were held onto power so much”.

“There have already been many inspections in the districts, but here the number of violations constituted an unprecedented amount of 5 billion rubles, inconceivable for a small municipality. The information on more than 160 facts with signs of criminally punishable acts was handed over to the responsible leaders of the law enforcement agencies present here today”, he said.

The activities of the Housing Fund also raised a lot of questions from the Control and Accounts Chamber of Bashkiria.

The auditors revealed violations of land and contract legislation, as well as property violations and inefficient costs for construction sites for 7 billion rubles.

“And they will also be carefully studied by the competent authorities,” said the head of the republic.

With regard to the activities of the Regional Operator, here the main issue was the overestimated cost of transferring contracts from the general contractor to the performers, as well as the violation of deadlines for works execution and advance payment.
