Average salary in retail trade is 26 thousand rubles in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, the average salary of retail workers is named. According to the HeadHunter recruitment portal, in the first half of the year, retailers posted there about 7,000 vacancies. In half the cases, employers are ready to make an offer to employees without experience.

Two-thirds of the offers apply specifically to sellers; applicants from the fields of transport and logistics (10%), working personnel (6%), accountants and financiers (6%), production workers (5%) were also in demand.

According to the analytics of the “People in Figures” project, the average proposed salary in the retail industry is 26 thousand rubles in Bashkiria in 2019. The average salary offered for cashiers is 19 thousand rubles, sellers - 21 thousand rubles, merchandisers - 20 thousand, storekeepers - 27.5 thousand, drivers 30 thousand, marketing consultants - 35 thousand, programmers - 70 thousand rubles.
