Housing in Bashkiria has become even more expensive

According to preliminary data of Bashkortostan Statistics Agency, the cost of one square meter in the primary housing market in the second quarter of 2019 reached 60.6 thousand rubles in the republic. This is by 5 percent more than at the end of last year.

The cost of already existing apartments in Bashkortostan also increased and averaged 57.5 thousand rubles per square meter. This is by 5 percent more than at the end of 2018.

As reported by Bashinform News Agency, the developers - legal entities of the republic in January-June this year put into operation 333.5 thousand square meters of housing. This is by 41.1% more than in the first six months of 2018.
