Bashkiria will receive 112.5 million rubles to increase labor productivity

Bashkortostan will receive 112.5 million rubles from the federal budget for targeted support for increasing labor productivity in regional enterprises. This was reported by the Interim Minister of Economic Development RB Lilia Mazitova today at a weekly briefing session in the Government of the Republic. The funds are allocated in the framework of the "Labor Productivity and Employment Support" national project. Until 2024, the republic needs to ensure an increase in labor productivity in the basic non-primary sectors by 30 percent.

“We should cover 196 enterprises of the republic with the project to achieve the targets, 50 of them this year. Currently, 28 companies are members of the national project in Bashkortostan. At enterprises with the introduced principles of lean production, there is a reduction in the time of the process, the volume of work in progress, output growth, reduction in defectives. Thus, at the “Productivity 360” federal forum, the republican SPE “BASET” was marked as one of the three nominees who showed the greatest growth in labor productivity, ”said Lilia Mazitova.

To achieve the targets this year, it is necessary to involve at least 22 enterprises in the project. Radiy Khabirov instructed the government of the republic to ensure the implementation of this task.

“When we start talking about labor productivity, people think that we will make them work harder, and then we will make reductions. But this is not about that at all, ”said the head of the region. “The purpose of increasing productivity is to save people from useless work. This will give a positive effect. Nobody will cut anyone, but enterprises will develop”.
