Private investor is constructing new elevator in Uchalinsky district

In Uchalinsky district, a private investor is building a new elevator. The reconstruction and modernization of the complex for receiving, cleaning, drying, and storing grain crops are actively conducted at the facility built in 1965. The project is included in the list of priority investment projects of Bashkortostan. The Development Corporation of the Republic supervises the project. After commissioning, 29 new jobs will be created, and the initial production will be about 15 thousand tons of oil seeds per year.

The specialists of the Development Corporation developed a financial model and a business plan for the project; in July 2018, an agreement was reached on joint implementation of the project with representatives of Uchalinsky Elevator LLC, ZAO RVM Capital Investment Group and Agroimpex LLC. Construction and installation works began in the second quarter of 2019. To date, the obsolete building of the drying and cleaning tower has been dismantled. They started to assembly a new drying and cleaning complex, preliminary negotiations are held with nearby farms.
