VTB will provide JSC "Bashspirt" guarantees for 3 billion rubles in Bashkiria

VTB concluded a general agreement with JSC "Bashspirt" on the provision of bank guarantees for a total amount of 3 billion rubles in the Republic of Bashkortostan. The Bank guarantees the proper fulfillment of the Bashspirt’s obligations for the payment of the advance payment of the excise tax on the sold alcohol products in accordance with Articles 193 - 194 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

As part of the agreement, VTB has already issued four bank guarantees to the company in the amount of almost 640 million rubles.

Commenting on the deal, the manager of VTB in Bashkortostan Irek Mukhametdinov said that “The Bashspirt Company is one of the strategic partners of the bank for more than six years. During this time we have implemented a number of successful transactions and agreements, there is a valid lending ceiling. It is important for us that today regional business is choosing VTB not only as a creditor bank but also as a guarantor bank”.

Bashspirt JSC CEO Rauf Nugumanov also stressed:

“The choice of a partner bank for our company, in the first place, is based on its reliability, transparency and quality of services provided. Therefore, entrusting VTB Bank with the management of our affairs, we are always confident that everything will go well”.
