During his working visit to Sterlitamak, the Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov visited an infant-feeding center-factory, which started operating on July 1. Its products now are delivered to children living in the Sterlitamak, Meleuz, Ishimbay districts, as well as Sterlitamak and Salavat. To this end, seven distribution points have been organized in municipalities. The infant-feeding center-factory with an area of about 500 square meters with a processing capacity of up to 5 tons of milk per day, is capable of producing up to 15 kinds of natural dairy products, over 1.5 million servings per month. 19.3 million rubles were allocated for the purchase of equipment, overhaul, purchase of vehicles for the transport of products from the republican budget.
During the conversation, mothers who came to buy dairy products to their babies thanked Radiy Khabirov for this long-awaited gift to the city, having marked the undoubted positive effect on the health of their children.
For the convenience of parents, a website has been developed with the option of pre-ordering products and then receiving them at the selected distribution point. Dairy products can also be purchased for cash. The issue of their supply to large retail chains is being worked out. A brand book has been developed to increase awareness and attract customers. All products are manufactured in bright modern packaging that attracts the attention of children and parents.
By December 31, similar production facilities are planned to open in the cities of Oktyabrsky, Sibay, Neftekamsk, and Beloretsk. With their introduction, more than 15.5 thousand children will be provided with natural dairy products. This is 69.2 percent of the total number of children aged six months to three years eligible to receive such products for free.
