Nine investment projects worth 1.9 billion rubles implemented in Ufa in first half of year

In the first half of the year, nine investment projects worth 1.9 billion rubles and creating 441 jobs were implemented in Ufa. The largest ones are the construction of a multivitamin dragee plant, as well as the reconstruction of the building of R&D Transneft LLC. Reconstruction of production facilities and technical re-equipment of the Bashkirenergo and BashRTS enterprises, as well as instrument-making, aggregate, and engine-building production associations, are being carried out. In 2019 it is planned to allocate 6 billion rubles for these purposes. The deputy head of the city administration Ilgiz Nasyrtdinov informed about this at a briefing session in the city council.

Since March 19, the Ufa administration conducted nine “Investment Hour” sessions, where 30 projects worth 16.7 billion rubles have been considered. 19 projects were approved for implementation. However, a large number of applications are discussed as business ideas, without elaborating plans and without certain sources of funding. Investors will finance approximately one-third of the projects. Some entrepreneurs offer the sale of goods or services through the state institutions of the city of Ufa.

The volume of investments for the first quarter among large and medium Ufa enterprises amounted to 13.4 billion, which is 470 million higher than for the same period of the last year.
