Salary of more than half of vacancies in Bashkiria does not exceed 20 thousand rubles

The salary of more than half of the jobs submitted to the employment service of Bashkortostan varies from 10 to 20 thousand rubles.
As reported by the Republican Ministry of Labor, in general for the five months of 2019, enterprises and organizations of Bashkortostan declared the need for 121 thousand workers. By the beginning of June, over 47.7 thousand jobs were registered in the regional job bank. Of these, 86.6% are permanent jobs.
Jobs with a salary below the subsistence minimum amounted to 1.9%. The salary from 10 to 20 thousand rubles constituted 50.6%, more than 20 thousand rubles - 47.4%.
Ufa enterprises experienced the greatest need for labor or about 42% of the total number of announced vacancies for permanent jobs.
Most of the vacancies accounted for real estate operations, rental and provision of services, manufacturing, and construction.
The least vacancies were available in agriculture and forestry.
As reported earlier by Bashinform News Agency, the number of the employed population of the republic now exceeds 1.8 million people.
The average salary exceeded 35,840 rubles in Bashkortostan in April of this year.
