Bashkortostan authorities and public representatives discussed ways of further cooperation with Bashneft

The conference room "Narys-Tau" of the "Bashkiria" hotel complex hosted a round table discussion "Topical issues of sustainable development of PJSC Rosneft group and the Republic of Bashkortostan following 2018". Representatives of state and municipal authorities, business, science, public organizations met with the top management of PJSOC Bashneft (part of Rosneft), to discuss the results of financial, economic and production activities of the company, the results of cooperation on social partnerships and several other topics.
The company summed up the previous year results at the round table. Irek Badertdinov, Acting Vice President for Economics and Finance, Chief Financial Officer of Bashneft, named the last year results as the historical record. “As part of Rosneft, the company shows growth in all key indicators, having achieved impressive results at the end of last year,” he said. “The revenue increased by 28% to 860 billion rubles, operating profit by 16% to 176 billion rubles, net profit to 97 billion rubles, tax and customs duties to 372 billion rubles.”
Last year, Bashneft began industrial production of Euro-6 gasoline, launched a plant for the production of cumene at Ufaorgsintez and new biological treatment plants at the refinery complex. In May of this year, the Digital Field project was launched at the Ilishevskoye field in Bashkiria.
In addition to production issues, much attention was paid to the topics of the company's personnel policy. “We have introduced a corporate system for personnel training - school-university-enterprise,” said the Acting Elmir Uldanov, Vice President for Organizational Development and Personnel Management of Bashneft.
Ramil Bakhtizin, the rector of Ufa State Petroleum Technological University (USPTU), thanked the Rosneft company for “the largest project in the history of the republic - the creation of the USPTU scientific and educational center”.
Another important topic of the meeting was the discussion of the Bashkir enterprises participation in the procurement of goods and services of Bashneft. The company stressed the interest of cooperation with Bashkir enterprises. Thus, according to the Bashneft Vice-President For Supply Mikhail Slepchenko, the company relies on domestic producers, expanding innovative technology.
