It is proposed to build rehabilitation center in Ufa

Ufa holding "Medstandart", specializing in the treatment of neurological diseases, submitted to the Republican “Investment Hour” a project on constructing a rehabilitation center, which was created jointly with the Republican Ministry of Labor and the Hippotherapy Center public organization. The rehabilitation center is proposed to be built as the public-private partnership. The volume of investments - 527 million rubles, of which 415 million – for construction, 112 million – for the purchase of equipment.

The rehabilitation center is planned for 200 beds, 100 of which will accommodate patients with medical insurance. The cost of one day of stay - from 2 thousand to 3.6 thousand rubles.

The Ministry of Labor RB fully supported the project - there are no rehabilitation facilities for disabled adults in the republic, of which there are 287 thousand people and 74 thousand of them are of working age (17 thousand disabled children living in the region can receive assistance in five children's rehabilitation centers).

The Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov noted that the economic effect should be thoroughly calculated. Maybe it is better to invest in an institution that would be owned wholly by the republic. He instructed the specialists to consider the investment project at the next meetings taking into account the new data.
