UFA, 27 June 2019. /Bashinform News Agency, Galina Bakhshieva/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.
In Ufa, it is planned to create an innovative automated waste recycling complex, it was reported at the “Investment Hour” session in the city hall.
According to the deputy of the Ufa City Council Timofey Vokhmin, two directions are envisaged: the construction of a complex for the automated processing and sorting of solid waste, and the construction of an innovative automated complex for the polymers and secondary resources processing.
The first project will require 1.2 billion rubles, the second - 1.6 billion.
The source of financing is private funds of the “Ruderis” LLC and the “SAKh” Joint-Stock Company. Budget sources are not required, the city hall representatives inform.
Design solutions comply with all standards of the "Ecology" national project. Indicators of recovery of secondary resources from the total volume of municipal solid waste will be at least 25 percent.
The introduction of the hermetic pelleting of non-recyclable wastes technology ensures their storage in hermetic packages and subsequent use as RDF fuel. The processing and sorting capacity will be 400 thousand tons of waste per year.
In turn, the launch of a complex for the processing of polymers and secondary resources is of priority not only for the Bashkir capital but also for the entire republic. The new production will not only create over 380 new jobs but also provide additional tax revenues to the budget.
The complex of equipment and the applied technologies allow the processing of synthetic and thermoplastic polymers waste, including polyolefins and polyesters, into marketable products with high added value.
The target indicator of the production capacity of processing polymer waste and obtaining the main finished product (PE granules, PET flex, PET granules, PET sheets) is assumed to be not less than 18 thousand tons, the press service of the Ufa administration added.
Both projects were approved and supported by the attendees of the “Investment Hour” session in the city hall. The head of the administration of Ufa, Ulfat Mustafin, stressed the particular importance and significance of their launch in the near future and gave corresponding instructions for their implementation.
