Kumertau plans to open innovative foundry production

The “Bashkirskaya Liteinaya Company” LLC is planning to become the twelfth resident of Kumertau priority development area (PDA). The project of the company for the production of foundry casts on disposable patterns was considered at the “Entrepreneurial Hour” in the mayor's office. In addition to casting from steel and iron, mechanical machining of parts is planned.

The cost of the investment project is 20-25 million rubles, of which 60% will be spent on the purchase of new equipment, 40% on the repair and modernization of existing equipment, improvement of working conditions of workers. Twenty new jobs will appear here. Production start is scheduled for December 2019.

Businesses operating in the monotown are granted tax benefits. Profit tax in the first 5 years from the moment the profits received: 0–5%, in subsequent years - 12%, land tax - 0%, corporate property tax - 0%, insurance contributions to state extra-budgetary funds - 7.6 %

Currently, the register of PDA residents, formed by the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, includes 20 investors from the republic. Eight of them are in Belebey, 11 in Kumertau and one in Neftekamsk PDA.
