Bashneft will direct more than one-quarter of net profit to dividends

Based on the results of 2018, JSOC Bashneft will allocate 28.24 billion rubles to shareholders - 158.95 rubles per share.

The amount of payments is comparable to 27.7% of Bashneft net profit for the last year, which amounted to 101.83 billion rubles, "Kommersant-Bashkortostan" reports.

The rest of the profit in the amount of 73.6 billion rubles will remain unallocated. At the end of 2017, Bashneft paid 158.95 rubles per share as well, and besides, charged interim dividends for the first nine months of 2017 at the rate of 148.31 rubles per share.

A year ago, 28.24 billion rubles were spent on payments to shareholders. Thus, the total amount of Bashneft dividends will remain at the level of 2017.

The stake in Bashneft belongs to Rosneft Oil Company (57.66% of the authorized capital), the Republic of Bashkortostan - 25%, and LLC Bashneft-Invest (owned by Bashneft) - 4.41%.
