Bashkiria will receive 282 million rubles for citizens resettlement from dilapidated housing

The board of the state corporation - the Housing and Utilities Reform Assistance Fund approved the application of Bashkortostan for providing financial support for the implementation of the 2019-2020 phase of the program for resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing.
“The republic will receive 282.42 million rubles from the Housing Utilities Fund. The region will add 63.4 million rubles as co-financing. These funds will be used to resettle 666 people from 206 emergency houses with a total area of ​​8.38 thousand square meters located in 10 municipalities,” said Anastasia Sablikova, the press secretary of the State Committee RB for construction and architecture.
Earlier it was reported that more than 2500 people will be resettled from dilapidated housing in the framework of the "Housing and Urban Environment" national project in Bashkortostan.
The address program of the Republic of Bashkortostan on the resettlement of citizens from dilapidated housing for the years 2019-2024 was approved. It will provide 923 apartments to needy families.
1.6 billion rubles are allocated from the budget for the resettlement of families from housing unfit for habitation. The program includes apartment buildings that were recognized to be unfit until January 1, 2017, and are subject to demolition due to physical depreciation during their operation.
The program covers the cities of Ufa, Belebey, Beloretsk, Dyurtyuli, Kumertau, Yanaul, Bakaly, Bolsheustikinskoe, Verkhneyarkeevo, Karaidel, Karmanovo, Karmaskaly, Krasnokholmsky, Kirgiz-Miyaki, Mishkino, Progress village, Priyutovo, Glukhovskaya sanatorium village, Semiletka village, Starobaltachevo, Churaevo village, and other settlements.
In 2008-2016, the Republic of Bashkortostan allocated 9.17 billion rubles from the Fund for the implementation of programs for citizens relocation from dilapidated dwellings.
The region added 10.04 billion rubles as co-financing. These funds were directed to the relocation of 40,845 people out of 14,527 unfit residential housing of more than 560 thousand square meters.
