Sterlitamak plant launches lean production and will be able to get low-interest loan

The Sterlitamak Reinforced Concrete Plant became a member of the “Labor Productivity and Employment Support” national project, the Bashkiria Government reports. The company will be able to implement the principles of lean production and apply for financial support from the Industry Development Fund. The program provides a loan in the amount from 50 million to 300 million rubles at 1% for a period of five years.

Besides, in the area of employment support, an enterprise may apply for compensation measures in the form of subsidies for advanced retraining of employees.

The Reinforced Concrete Plant No. 1 LLC manufactures products for industrial and civil construction, starting from the “zero” cycle to landscaping: piles, foundation blocks and pillows, landings and marches, slabs and floor slabs, trusses, beams, crossbars, pillars, concrete products for the construction of bridges.

To date, 22 agreements have been concluded with organizations of the republic. These are enterprises of industry, agriculture, construction. In 2019, up to 50 enterprises of the republic should be involved in the implementation of the national project, the press service of the Government of Bashkortostan reminds.
