UFA, 10 June 2019. /Bashinform News Agency, Azat Gizatullin/ translated by Tatiana Aksyutina/.
Within the framework of the “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives” national project in Bashkortostan, five specifications of regional projects were approved. The regional project “Acceleration of Small And Medium-Sized Businesses” is the most complex of them. The project financing will amount to 2.1 billion rubles for six years, of which 249.5 million rubles will be allocated this year already. The Acting Head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov told about this in an interview with the «Kommersant» publication.
The "My Business" Center has already been established in the republic.
“This is a regional association of all organizations supporting small and medium-sized businesses on one platform providing a set of services and support measures using a one-stop-shop approach. Entrepreneurs will no longer have to apply to different organizations to get the full range of support. This is part of a nationwide event to unify and digitize services and support measures for small businesses. Similar centers will be created in all subjects. In 2019, 139 million rubles will be allocated for the organization of location, workplaces, and software of the center”, said Radiy Khabirov.
The head of the republic also noted that in 2019, 43.27 million rubles would be directed to support small businesses in single-industry municipalities, and 161.4 million rubles would be allocated for the entire duration of the project.
“All support is financial, through the provision of grants for social entrepreneurship through municipal programs. Additionally, 8.8 million rubles were allocated to single-industry towns from the regional budget for the creation of coworking centers and a Business Navigator this year”, said Radiy Khabirov in his interview with the publication.
As of January 1, 2019, there were 140,566 small and medium-sized businesses in the republic, an increase of 956 entities was marked in 2018. According to this indicator, Bashkortostan ranks 4th among the regions of the Volga Federal District and 12th in Russia.
Recall that on February 11, informational materials about national projects approved under the presidential decree of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin dated May 7, 2018, were published on the website of the Government of the Russian Federation.
One of them is the national project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”, which includes five subsections - federal projects: “Business Environment Improvement”, “Expanding SMEs’s Access to Financial Resources, Including Preferential Financing","Small and Medium-Sized Businesses Acceleration","Creating a System of Farmers Support and Rural Cooperation Development "and "Entrepreneurship Promotion".
