VIS Group intends to invest at least 5 billion rubles in Bashkiria

On June 7, an agreement on investment intentions was concluded between the Government of Bashkortostan and VIS Group at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

“VIS Group of Companies” is an active participant in the creating infrastructure process. We work almost throughout the territory of Russia. We consider the investment intentions agreement signed today with Bashkortostan as additional opportunities that exist for our company in the central part of Russia,” commented on Sergey Romashov, a member of the Board of Directors of the VIS Group. “The main directions of our work are medicine, waste recycling, transport infrastructure. In all these areas we are planning to consider the possibility of implementing our projects with the republic”.

As Sergey Romashov explained to the Bashinform agency, the VIS Group is considering the creation of objects worth at least 5 billion rubles.

“Bashkortostan is a new region for us. Issuing from our experience, we already understand that it will be economically interesting for both our public partners and us. With all our expertise, our projects are quite complex. Therefore, we are considering the projects starting from 5 billion rubles; I have designated areas for their implementation. By agreement with the Government of Bashkortostan, in the next two months, we will decide on projects, and we will move further along the roadmap, ” VIS Group representative told Bashinform News Agency.

As reported by Bashinform News Agency, on June 6, on the first day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, representatives of Bashkortostan signed 14 agreements, seven of which were the investment ones for the total amount of 70 billion rubles.
