More than 6 billion rubles will be invested in solar power plants construction in Bashkiria

The Agreement on the Development of Solar Electric Power Industry in Bashkortostan was signed at SPIEF-2019 by the Acting Head of the Republic of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov and the Hevel Group of Companies CEO Igor Shakhray. The largest hybrid station in Russia will be built in the Burzyan district of the republic with a capacity of 10 MW.
“The station will combine work in an isolated format and as a grid station. It is planned that in November of this year the station will begin its work. The total amount of funding for all projects in the republic, including Burzyan, is more than 6 billion rubles, ”said Igor Shakhray. In addition, a solar power plant with a generating capacity of 25 MW will appear in the Sterlibashevo district of the republic. Commissioning of the station is expected in 2020, the total investment is 3.7 billion rubles. The beginning of the electric energy and power sale in the wholesale market is planned since May 1, 2020.
Bugulchanskaya and Buribaevskaya solar power plants (SPP) operate in Bashkortostan, launched in 2015 and 2016 in the energy-deficient Khaibullino and Kuyurgazy districts. With the launch at the end of 2017 of the Isyangulovskaya SPP, the total solar generation capacity in the region reached 44 megawatts. Total, Hevel announced plans to build five stations with a full capacity of 65 MW in the republic until 2020.
