Bashkiria authorities have concluded agreement on interest-free loan with Monotowns Development Fund

On June 6, on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, and the Deputy Chairman of VEB.RF, General Director of the Monotowns Development Fund, Irina Makieva signed an agreement on the participation of the Fund in financing the investment project of the region in the form of an interest-free loan.

According to Irina Makieva, this is the second agreement in Russia concluded with the Fund on new preferential conditions for investor support. This is a technical re-equipment of the “Elevator” LLC in the village of Mayachny, located in the Kumertau priority development area. The project aims to increase the amount of sunflower taken for storage, as well as the drying capacity and productivity of the grain processing line.

The total investment will amount to 330 million rubles, of which the company will receive 250 million rubles as an interest-free loan for seven years from the Development Fund, it is posted on the website of the head of Bashkortostan.
