Bashkiria Government has signed cooperation agreement with PJSC "KAMAZ"

The Government of Bashkortostan and PJSC KamAZ concluded a cooperation agreement on the implementation of the national project “Labor Productivity and Employment Support” at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which opened on June 6. The document was signed by the Acting Head of Bashkortostan, Radiy Khabirov, and the company's CEO, Sergei Kogogin.

During the working meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for joint work. The high relevance of introducing advanced developments of KamAZ in the industry was noted taking into account the fact that Bashkortostan was among the 36 regions - participants of the national project, as one of the mechanical engineering leaders.

“It is very important to scale up your experience in organizing work to increase labor productivity not only at the enterprises belonging to KamAZ but also in the republic’s engineering industry as a whole,” Radiy Khabirov stressed.

The agreement signed today at the SPIEF-2019 provides for the provision of expert support for the implementation of the national project by the company. In particular, it concerns conducting seminars and training sessions, internships for enterprises, as well as methodological assistance in the introduction of modern tools for optimizing technological processes and motivating production personnel.
