Bashkiria head named "Mratkino" ski resort investor

The Acting Head of Bashkiria, Radiy Khabirov, announced that it an investor for the Mratkino ski resort development in the Beloretsk district had been found.
“We managed to find an investor for Mratkino. It is the “Sadovoe Koltso” company, well-known in the country. It will be a resort of European class. The number and length of the ski trails here will be twice as large in three or four years. All-season points of attraction for tourists will appear, and most importantly, the republic will receive about six billion rubles in the economy, ” Radiy Khabirov posted on his Facebook page.
It is planned to increase annual attendance of the resort from today's 70 thousand people to 500 thousand. The development plan of the Mratkino resort also provides for the construction of 50 cottages, 945 apartments, 15 catering outlets, three restaurants, 50 commercial infrastructure facilities, including a children's center, shops, a pharmacy, rental centers, and dry cleaning.
The number of ski passes sold during the year is planned to be increased from 55 thousand to 200 thousand. The number of ski slopes from 8 will increase to 15, their length - from 7.7 to 16.2 km.
Besides, in the near future, carting, a panda park, a health complex, mountain bike trails, eco-therapy, and Nordic walking trails, horse trails will appear in Mratkino.
As the head of Bashkortostan stressed, the republic was expecting investors for other projects important for the development of territories and was ready to "render maximum assistance". This, first of all, relates to the development of the Burzyan cluster, the Yangantau and Toratau Geoparks.
Earlier, the Bashinform News Agency reported that it was proposed to make the Mratkino a year-round ski resort.
