Radiy Khabirov approved plan of measures to support gardeners in Bashkiria

In Bashkiria, by order of the Acting Head of the Republic Radiy Khabirov, an interdepartmental working group has been established to support gardening and horticulture in the region. It was headed by the Interim Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Agriculture of Bashkortostan Ilshat Fazrakhmanov. The same document approved an action plan ("roadmap").

The press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Bashkortostan said that in the republic more than 552 thousand families were engaged in gardening in the total area of summer cottages of 42.4 thousand hectares.

Horticultural issues were raised at the parliamentary hearings on the draft budget of the republic for 2019 and the planning period, in particular, such topics as the condition of roads, electricity, public transport.

This year, the federal law “On engagement of citizens in gardening and horticulture for their own needs” entered into force, which introduced two forms of association: gardening partnerships (all summer cottages were equated to them) and gardening associations.

Another innovation relates to fees for using common property and infrastructure. Under the new law, the road, public water supply or waste bins belonging to the partnership, will be allowed to transfer to shared ownership.

The new law allows only two forms of contributions: membership and special-purpose contributions. It is allowed to make them only by bank transfer. And only the general meeting of the partnership will decide how to spend the contributions.
