BASHBIOSPIRT and Bulgakovo - Bashspirt will have to make rebranding and relocation

The "Bashspirt" Holding plans to conduct rebranding. The new plant in suburban Bulgakovo, where production will move from Nizhny Novgorod, will be called BASHBIOSPIRT. Other state-owned enterprises in the cities of Sterlitamak, Belebey and Birsk will receive the same name. This was announced at a meeting of the board of directors of the state-owned company, by its general director Rauf Nugumanov. The new name will emphasize the main advantages of the Bashkir holding products, the company's management believes.

At the moment, one billion rubles of investments were spent, 1.6 billion more to be invested, the general director informed. Commissioning is scheduled for 2021. The previous management of the company chose Bulgakovo for the construction, as there was a propriety land plot here.

“Bulgakovo is a large settlement, it has its own life, and we must try not to disturb its residents,” said Alexander Sidyakin, the head of the administration of the head of the republic, participating in the meeting as a state representative. “We should think about building a bypass road so that trucks loaded with goods do not drive through the village, and develop the safest route with the traffic police at first”.
